Business Plan for the National Western Stock Show

In partnership with Joining Vision and Action (JVA), we prepared a 10-year business plan for the National Western Stock Show, the iconic 110-year old, authentic western festival with events and rodeos that reflect and present the historic roots of Denver, of Colorado, and of the western US.  In January 2016, 680,000 people attended the stock show, its second highest attendance level ever.

Now the organization needs to undergo substantial changes to its vision, its infrastructure, and its operations to remain compelling and viable for the next 100 years.  The next 10 years are critical to implementing that change. We are excited to have played a role in this important business planning process!
